Chaos is being reported in the media in the north of the country. But the local neighbourhood watch emailed to tell us that walk-in tests are available seven days a week, 8am-8pm over the border in Hackney. But the test centres have just changed their website to say that you need to book.
If you have the coronavirus symptoms:
- a high temperature
- a new, continuous cough
- a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste
first see if you can book a test via the UK Government website here.
Failing that, if you have Covid-19 symptoms and are needing a test because of self-isolation and missing school or work – the nearest test centre to Bow is the Bentley Road Car Park test site, Bentley Road, N1 4DB, it’s near Dalston Junction. Book via their website. At least it’s not far away!
