Chair Based Exercise starts 25th Jan

Chair based exercise is a fun and effective way to lose weight and improve fitness, whilst enhancing your mood, well-being and confidence.

It’s also a great way to increase mobility around your joints, muscular strength and flexibility, as well as posture.

Why not treat yourself to a lovely cup of tea or coffee afterwards and socialise with the rest of the group!
