Hello!  We’ve been enjoying the sunny weather recently and have been very busy with our half term activities, which saw our highest numbers of attendance yet.  Children discovered and enjoyed over 300 eggs in our Egg Hunt last week and we also saw over 500 children attend our Urban Wheelers Jam yesterday…we’re sure the great weather had something to do with it!

New Events Leaflet

We’ve been busy for months trying to finalise our events leaflet and got it printed last week.  You can pick up copies from the reception in the Hub building or visit here to download an electronic copy – we hope to see you all soon!

Upcoming Events

Learn something new about the many plants and wildlife or even history that we have in the Park – spaces are being filled up quick! As usual, all events are FREE, but booking is advised as spaces are limited. 

Junior Wildlife Club: Pond Dipping | Saturday 11 April | 10 – 12.30pm
Come and join our Park Rangers pond dipping in the East Lake.  Meet at the Hub building.  Under 12’s must be accompanied by an adult.  To book, please email or call 0207 364 4504

Dragon Finder: Amphibian and Reptile Discovery | Sunday 12 April | 10.30 – 12.30pm NEW
Come and learn all about the amphibians we have in the Park – learn to identify them and (hopefully!) spot them around our lakes!  Suitable for children aged 10 and above.  Booking strongly advised.  To book, please email or call 0207 364 4504

Urban Diversity and Conservation | Saturday 18 April | 11 – 2pm
Explore the rich diversity of flora and fauna that can be found across London.  We will also look at the direct effects of wildlife management in the Park.  To book a place, please email or call 0207 364 4504

Wednesday Wellness Walks | Wednesday 22 April | 10.30 – 12pm
Join us for a stroll around the Park.  Booking not required, just turn up at the Hub building.  Suitable for all ages.

Bandstand Season

Summer is almost here, and what better way to enjoy the wonderful weather than with a picnic while listening to some great music.  The Summer Bandstand Season is organised by the Victoria Park Friends Group.  The season runs all Summer and we’ve included the first three sessions below.  Just turn up and enjoy!
