What do you think of local pharmacies and the services they provide?

This link  https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/HWTHPharm will take you to a short survey designed to gather the views of local people on what they think is good about local pharmacies and what could be better. Your feedback will enable future services to be better designed to meet your needs. It should only take you about 10 minutes to complete.

Everything you tell them will be completely anonymous and will feed directly into the Tower Hamlets Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment being undertaken London Borough of Tower Hamlets Public Health department.  A draft copy of the  Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment will be open for fuller consultation later in November and you’ll be able to find a copy of the survey feedback and the Consultation document on the Healthwatch website.
