In response to to the rise in scooter thefts the local Tower Hamlets Police are giving out free SmartWater marking kits for vehicles. You can pick one up at Old Spitalfields Market: 8am – 11am or at the Royal London Hospital also 8am – 11am. If you know of someone with a motorcycle of scooter please pass this message on to them.
