Men Walking and Talking

Hello, my name is Guy and I’m a counsellor.

As part of the charity Men Walking and Talking, I’ve started a new weekly walking group for men to support their mental health, every Wednesday from Mile End tube station at 1830.

Men Walking & Talking was created with one clear goal: to support men’s mental health through the power of connection and conversation. We bring men together for weekly walks in local communities across the UK, creating a safe, relaxed space where it’s okay to talk — or just listen.

Men’s mental health matters. Many men struggle in silence, and traditional support options aren’t always accessible or comfortable. That’s where we come in. I believe that a walk and a chat — no pressure, no judgment — can be the first step toward better well-being.

What’s offered:

– Organise weekly group walks in parks, towns, and open spaces

– Create a welcoming space for honest, real conversations

– Support men of all ages and backgrounds

– Encourage community, friendship, and support without stigma
